ATT for Local Service in 310 area?

ATT for Local Service in 310 area?
I know it is probably a longshot that anyone here in the Verizon area of 310 has gotten ATT local service - but:
I can get another 2000 skymiles for signing up for local service, and I'd like to find out what the actual monthly cost will be. They tell me the cost, not including taxes, and say that taxes will be the same as Verizon. But Verizon has so many different charges it is hard to know if these will all be the same on ATT, etc.
So - if anyone has ATT local, what are the complete monthly charges (rate, line charges, taxes)?
