OnePass Miles

I just got my OnePass statement...has anyone seen the new offer from AT&T? We can get 5,000 OnePass miles for miles for switching...seems like a good time to enroll.

I received my statement and noticed that AT&T is offering 5000 miles if you enroll by 12/31. Finally, a great deal...I knew AT&T would come through. I'm sick and tired of dealing with MCI holding me hostage for my miles.

I got a check for $35 and an offer of 5000 miles from Continental. I seem to remember $5.95/mo for 5 cent off peak and 7 cent on. They are also offering 5 cent toll 24/7, inc CA (for an additional $2/mo). Is it time for a change? I have had no problem with MCI but do need miles in my OnePass account. I look to you guys for my best deal!

Be careful. You might never see your miles on One Pass. When you register your phone you do so with an outsource company, not with AT&T. It's a real mess. I never got my miles from AT&T - and switched back to MCI.

I too got the $35 check last week. My cross-cut shredder took just 4.0 seconds to return the check to its nice-n-proper physical state. As I remember last time it was a $100 check. I cashed that one, got the $$$, got AT&T crappy service, never got any miles and had a costly phone bill. Never again!

I sign all of the Long Distance checks that come in, let the LD companies fight it out for who has my service.

I don't use the main line for LD anyway, and have cheap service on the line I use. I used to USE MCI, but they now on the banned for 3 years list after they raised rates w/o telling me. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I recently got a check & 4,000 bonus miles offer from AT&T (unfortunately, it was only $20 but better than nothing).

Here's a tip, though: when I called up to switch, I asked if there were any other plans available besides the $5.95 a month plan, and I was able to get a plan with no monthly fee ($5 minimum) & 9 cents a minute. This is pretty good for people like me who never actually make calls but need the miles! Give it a try!

Got my first online statement with AT&T since switching. No mention of any FF mile excise tax. Will have to call and check into this.
