Portland car rental
I'll be renting a car at PDX next weekend. Does anyone know if the cars are on site, or if you have to take a shuttle from the terminal to the rental site (Hertz)?

Changes Coming Soon to PDX car rental
From the PDX website:
Effective September 1, 2011, Budget Rent-A-Car, National Rent-A-Car and Alamo Rent-A-Car will relocate their operations; and Advantage Rent-A-Car will begin operations at PDX.
Budget Rent-A-Car will vacate the garage and begin shuttling customers to an off-airport location approximately 3 miles east of PDX.
National Rent-A-Car will relocate into the Short Term Garage and will no longer be shuttling customers.
Alamo Rent-A-Car will continue to shuttle customers to an off-airport location; however, the location will change to one just off Airport Way.
Advantage Rent-A-Car will begin operations at PDX and will shuttle customers to a facility just off Airport Way.
The rental car "courtesy shuttle" pick-up area remains the same and is located on the Arrivals (lower) roadway, Island 2, opposite the baggage claim area.
