If your looking for Take-out Thai, or just a sit down dinner/lunch, I'd suggest Rama on Post, which, is something like 83 Post, basically a block below First Ave, on Spring. It's great for lunch if you work in the area (as I do). I also have to suggest for pizza, Pagliacci, the best around. And, I'll easily double or triple the Wild Ginger advisories, it's great Pan-Asia food.

Just a suggestion - Assaggio. 4th and Virginia. Northern Italian food - absolutely wonderful in ALL Ways - great food, good wine selection (ask for the wines by the glass since they aren't listed on the menu itself),great atmosphere (you feel so warm and welcomed here) and wonderful service. Very nice meal. Definitely need reservations if dining on a weekend night.
