Sunwing flight delay 22 hours, Compensation?
Booked an air and hotel package with Sunwing. The return flight from CUN to YYZ was delay be 22 hours, Sunwings representatives in Mexico were less than helpful. Our pick up time for the airport transfer was supposed to be 11 30 am. The pick up time was changed to 9 30 pm. At 9 30 pm we were transferred to a hotel near the airport and the flight left in yhe afternoon a day late. I have read Canada's Air Passenger Protection details and would like to receive $500 compensation per traveller. Any advise how to request compensation will be appreciated, I have called Sunwing, they do not answer the phone.
