Ryan International is cease operations

Unfortunately, Ryan International Airlines is cease operations today. We are very disappointed to hear the news. CEO Jeff Potter that he felt no choice to cease operations.
You know Jeff Potter that he work for CEO at Frontier Airlines. Because he still losing the money all of the time. It's unacceptable!
We want to say good luck to all employees and hope you can find a better job.

He blamed reduced DOD flying and a company called AtlasJet that used Ryan planes but never paid them.
The comments on the article you post indicate a last minute payout of bonus' to management and downright fraud. Keep an eye on this one, there seems to be more to the story that Porter is mentioning.
