Apparently as part of the 3yr rejuvenation of Gulf Air, Cabin Service Managers get a new uniform, released today, according to this article/press release.
You will at least be able to pick out the CSM, with a different uniform to the FAs. 
The new outfit has been designed by internationally renowned, Paris-based designer house, 'Creation & Image,' creators of Balmain brand uniforms.
