Egyptair

I am flying JFK - CAI on Egyptair in a few weeks. Does anyone have any recent experience on this non-stop? For example, I few this flight a few years ago. When boarding there were small bottles of wine by the boarding door that you could pick up and bring on board. Is this still true? Also, this will be on a 777, do they have individual TV screens? The seat map on their website shows a 2-4-3 seatting arraingement in coach? Is this true? Who handles the check in counter? It used to be Alitallia.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

not an answer to your question, but you may want to remove your e-mail address from your sig in messages on public boards, unless you want to be bombarded with spam.

Bringing up this thread, as I am also interested in finding out about MS.

On my way to Egypt, I will be in transit in LHR arriving at 11:20am and I am wondering if it is worth it to save 2 hours and take the 2pm Egyptair or if the 4pm BA flight will be a better choice to CAI

Cheers

I just returned from the BA flight to CAI from LHR in first. GREAT flight with excellent food. Flight only took 4 hours. 747 is great way to fly on such a "short" flight....
