I'm very interested in all aspects of airline catering and was wondering if there is someone who can provide me with printed menus from some Middle Eastern and African carriers (in particular EL AL, Emirates, Gulf Air, Tunis and Kenya). Please drop me a line if you can assist me. Thanks.
