Saudia refund missing small amount
I booked a fully refundable ticket with Saudia and needed to change plans. I got the refund receipt and it seems there is a 7,52 EUR fee that they are withholding from the refund. Curious if this is normal with Saudia or what this undisclosed fee relates to.

I guess is related to exchange rates, taxes are always fixed in the local currencies of different issuing countries, probably EUR gained value since when ticket was purchased vs when refunded.

I've had to cancel a number of flights between Doha and Jeddah, and there is always a small discrepancy in the amount refunded. Qatar apologised and explained one of the (many) add-ons was not refunded: I believe this was a security related fee for Jeddah.
If you are interested in tracking down the culprit you might look at the fare breakdown you should see on your ticket, or use Matrix to see the composition of the fare

But i have no idea why that fee is not refunded: a question for GACA and the Kingdom's security services.....
