Would anyone adapt at reading fare rules be so kind as to confirm or correct my reading of the rules in the spoiler below which I think says I can get a full refund less a 600 ZAR admin fee before departure time? I think it also says a change of date would be 1500 ZAR (subject to same fare basis being availability I assume).
