Kimpton - InTouch
I booked a stay at the Allegro in Chicago about a month ago. In the airport on the way to Chicago I realized they had a loyalty program so I signed up. By the time I made it to ORD from CMH they had my InTouch information tied to my res. and had assigned me a room according to my profile.
The hotel is pretty nice, the room is smallish but has nice stuff in it. I may have found an additional chain.

You know--Kimpton is expanding,and I do like a lot of their properties...This just might be the replacement for Marriott that I am looking for.

Same here. I find Kimpton properties to have very good service, and their rooms are nicely furnished. I'm beginning to move some of my stays from the traditional chains to chains like Kimpton, as I'm finding the major chains like SPG, Marriott, and IC to take customer loyalty for granted.
