It's the hotel of Broken Dreams.
Stayed there this summer. Booked one of my most expensive priceline stays ($80).
We arrived at 9pm from LHR. Took 45 minutes to check in as half of Amman was there (literally!) as Royal Jordanian had cancelled the flight and dumped everyone there. Also a load of AA misconnects.
Room need a big face lift. Though was clean (ish). Hatefully tiny pillows.
We left very early the next morning to pick up a car and head to friends in CT.
There was some hum of the traffic though more worrying was being able to touch the wheels of aircraft taking off!
I wouldn't go out of my way to book it again (even on priceline). It is a dumping ground for airlines, so do bear that in mind.
