Omni Hotels Select guest loyalty program problems?
Has anyone here had issues with the Omni Hotels Select guest loyalty program problems? I guess they recently revamped their program, but so far It's not off to a good start with me.
They have provided me with zero points for a resort stay and will not tell me why, just throws up a link to the TOS without any further explanation.
It reminds me of what is happening with a lot of these social media account where they have an AI bot, foreign call center or even political operative causing a channel problem however they refuse to elaborate the issue, just throws out a link to general TOS without explanation.
I was wondering if anyone on here is a member of the Omni Select guest loyalty program and could share their experience?

I am a recent SG Insider based off a recent stay. I have had a SG account for over 7 years, previously a Black level member. My account went dark for a few years, moved jobs no stays at Omni. Happy to report that after a recent stay, I automatically got credit. At check in the Barton Creek hotel confirmed my account was added, despite my addition during booking (forgot the number and password) since I have not used in several years.they used my email to confirm my account was added automatically.
also, as a travel agent I booked via the website so I know for sure I would get credit and the benefits that my agency is provided.
Upon completion of the stay I received 99 stay credits - which is annoying since I need 1 more for a free night.
