Stayed overnight in Croydon to watch the Superbowl at Boxpark.
Chek-in
Qicker and easier than most holidays. But if you just want a place to crash, this is good value.
This is a proper budget hotel (which the agent at the checkin desk reminded me of).
Note that they do require you to have picture ID on checkin, which they say is for the event of a fire, but not something I was expecting and so luckily I has my driver's license.
What do you get? A bed, a shower and a toilet,

Hand soap provided, but no body wash or shampoo. so bring your own.
Heating very good.
If you just need a place to crash, it is a good place.
