This property has a few good points. Free parking, though limited. Also, it's generally cheaper than staying in Union Square....you can often get a rate of $69 using the coupons found at http://www.roomsaver.com

The property itself is only "decent". Small rooms, and nothing fancy, but certainly clean. For the price, I've recommended it many times.
