Value Of A LaQuinta Point
Normally I value
SPG at 2.5 cents per point
Hyatt at 1.6
IHG at .6
Hilton at .5
But for the life of me, I can't put a value on La Quinta. How much do you value one?

I suppose I never really thought about breaking them down to a value. I am a member of various programs so that no matter where I am, big city or small town, I am earning points of some variety or another. I mystery shop several hotels so those points are just gravy for me. There are LQ hotels only requiring 8K points for an $85 room. I don't know what that may break down to. My biggest complaint about LQ, and this is petty, they don't serve real half & half at breakfast for coffee. They have the powdered stuff. I've stayed at a very few LQ, but, they all have had this in common.
