AAdvantage miles earned and redeemable
The November 1999 AAdvantage newsletter describes the American-Aer Lingus partnership. Now you can redeem AAdvantage miles for Aer Lingus flights and accumulate AAdvantage miles for Aer Lingus flights. All the details for earning miles are not posted yet on the AA web site, but if Aer Lingus is giving one AA mile per mile flown free travel will be much easier than with the Aer Lingus frequent flyer program.
