Following a tested and successful seven-year partnership with Degriftour, Alitalia is now extending its relationship to the lastminute.com Group in Europe. lastminute.com acquired Degriftour, France's number one travel website, last October 2000. Alitalia will sell its last minute inventory via lastminute.com local websites in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands. The partnership will bring lastminute.com's customers "exclusive' offers on the entire Alitalia network and a greater breadth of offers to one of Europe's most popular tourist destinations - Italy.
