Whats the deal with Jet2 Boarding Passes?
Purely out of interest, I'm curious if anyone knows the reason behind Jet2 being instant on seeing a boarding pass from their app, and not Google Wallet?
My intial flight the person said the barcode wouldn't work (don't believe) and that it has more information than just the Google Wallet boarding pass (maybe?).
When I my Google Wallet boarding pass in GLA, the woman called someone over "Are we supposed to use these? One day we aren't, then we are..."
The woman said she wasn't sure but I offered to jump on the wifi and load up the app anyway.
Something must have happened? Or what is it they are missing from the boarding pass?

On my Google Pixel 6, if I take a screenshot of the boarding pass page in the Jet2 app, it offers to put it into Google Wallet. That works fine for airport scanning but lacks some information (e.g. seat). I recently tried it because the Jet2 app has a habit of misbehaving if I have the temerity to enter MAN T2!
