Condor non-AS redemption options?

Hi all,

Looking to book a Condor J ticket; is AS the only real option to book with miles? Don't have AS miles and at 55K + taxes/fees, buying AS miles even with a sale feels a little on the expensive side.

AS and Emirates Skywards are the only partners.

55k miles each way in J is a bargain for TATL, especially if you are wanting one of the Condor destinations that isn't otherwise served non-stop by other airlines.

Fair point - I'm flying from NYC so probably just should pursue a different avenue
