Vueling - Compensation

Vueling - Compensation

Hi,

I was delayed on a Vueling flight in August - and followed the procedure managed by the Resolver website - but with no response from Veuling. I then had to register a complaint with AESA - the Spanish authority.

They have taken some time to respond, but now want a copy of a response from Vueling - but there wasn't a response at all. Is there anything I can do to get around this - otherwise all Vueling have to do to negate anything that AESA do is to ignore any demands for compensation!

Simply report to AESA that VY has never responded to your request. Do not read more into the AESA request than there is.

I'll give that a go.... they don't seem to want to start evaluating unless all their required documents are uploaded. I'll upload a doc saying just that.

Exactly. "On **Insert Date** I sent the request to VY. As of today, I have not received a response."
