Norwegian FLL to BCN Cancel (Wamos Air)

I booked Norwegian Airlines FLL to BCN, with BCN to OPO connection through Partner Tap Portugal, because Delta (our preferred airline) was charging $7K one way for DeltaOne. I heard good things about Norwegian Premium but I am already regretting my decision, in hindsight I should have booked TAP the whole trip.

Norwegian canceled my flight twice and rebooked me for different dates/times (fine). But today they canceled the FLL to BCN Route COMPLETELY. They instead booked me from FLL to Gatwick (LGW) then British Airways from LGW to OPO. I dont mind changing from Tap Portugal to British Airways on the connection although I lost my side by side seats.

What worries me is the FLL to LGW flight says "Operated by Wamos Air" Does anyone know what Plane I will be in? I tried seatguru and some other seat sites but they dont have Wamos Air. Wiki says they Operate 747 or A330 but I cant tell which one they use for the FLL to LGW route.

Womas Air's own website doesnt even have a seat map and I cant mock book it. If I go to Norwegian's website it shows their Premium Cabin as 4 Rows with 2, 2 and 2 configuration AB DE JK for the first 3 rows then only DE for Row 4. For "Economy its 3, 3 and 3 config with a total of 44 rows.

I would guess its A330 or else they would show second story but who knows with this airline. Any feedback about Airlines, their planes etc. Would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Looks like it will be the Wamos A330-200, depending on your dates.

Yeah based on flight number is A330. Now the question becomes, is that good or bad? Which should I have hoped for from this company.

Seems like you shouldn’t expect a good experience.

The Wamos A330 business class seats are better than the Norwegian premium seats so you could see this as an upgrade

...assuming you don’t get downgraded since the Wamos only has 20 business class seats.
