Yes. I confirmed this with Icelandair as I'll be there next week. My experience thus far has been with the old Saga Lounge. This new one opened in May of this year and I plan to have breakfast there upon landing before heading out into Reykjavík.

I’m transiting KEF in a couple of weeks for the first time. Is there a priority lane at passport control for Saga Passengers?

As far as I know, no. However, immigration at KEF is superefficient. A 5 minute wait is a long wait in my experience. The rest of the airport is total chaos, however !!!
