So if I don't like the booking class I have to cancel and book again.

That is so user friendly

They had such a nice website,easy to use and the booking classes did instantly show.

Obviously they had the need to screw it up.

Well, if your flights have been ticketed, you will be able to see the fare class. I don't know whether this is on the e-ticket or not.
