question about vueling fares
An AZ cancellation leaves me no other choice than to take VY.
I have an option of basic vs optima fare.
I dont understand their "check-in" feature which is available with Optima - will I only be able to check-in at airport with basic and have to pay extra for that? Can I check-in online? 24h prior to flight?
It says the bag cost is 12 euro and up, on FCO-CTA is it 12e ? Even with one checked bag basic is still cheaper than optima.
I dont really care about seating preference on this one hour flight. And the 100 Avios points are not worth extra E20 for optima
And there are no other flights to change to.
So am I missing something or is base fare just fine here?
