Donbassaero: DOK-EWR

I just noticed on the Donetsk Airport Wikipedia page that Donbassaero is about to begin DOK-EWR service on May 25...Is this true? I could not find any announcement anywhere referring to this new route. Also, I believe DonbassAero only has A320 and A321 aircraft which I don't believe can make the route without a refueling stop. Is this a charter operation, perhaps?

Wow. This would be a game changer. My guess is that if this is a charter it is connected to Euro Cup which DOK is a host site for. Do report back if you learn more about this.

I do think this is probably a charter having to do with the Euro 2012 cup. There is no cross-reference to this flight on the Newark airport web site which makes me think this might not be a regularly scheduled flight...My only question is which aircraft they plan to use. I guess, in theory, the A321 can make it but I don't think it can do it nonstop. Maybe they will be using the Aerosvit 767 aircraft for this route.
