Iceland Air: great inflight service, how to compliment the crew?
Hi,
I've had a fantastic flight on Icelandair this afternoon going from Reykjavik to Frankfurt. I was in Saga Class and we had a fantastic lead flight attendant who did a great job. Very friendly, attentive and very professional yet not too formal. Also one of the youngest flight attendants I've seen working in the business class and one of the few male employees outside the cockpit (he also was really tall).
How can I give some feedback about the inflight service?
