Rental Car Mamma

Has anyone used this website to book a rental car?

I found this website and put in my dates of travel, and could get a car far less from Thrifty then from any other website including Thrifty. The website does give a promotion code that is used when booking. I don't know what that promotion code is for or if I am eligible for it. Any feedback would be helpful.
