Ok, how bad is this company? Ok, well, then, stepping back a bit, how good are they?
I am booking elderly peeps into IAH for car pickup. Even though they want cheap "tuna can", I want to put them into an ICAR, at the least. Are the cars usually 25k miles or less? Frightens me to think they might get a 40k miles car as they are traveling in area they are not familiar with out of the city (Tomball, TX).
Any advice? Thanks for kind replies and admonitions to pass on.
