Enterprise: Emerald points at DUB? And no CC required for reservation?

Enterprise: Emerald points at DUB? And no CC required for reservation?
Two related questions:
1. Can anyone confirm getting Emerald club points when renting Enterprise in Dublin? There is no place to enter my Emerald club number on the reservation either - will they be willing to do it when we arrive?
2. We're planning to rent a car in Dublin and Enterprise does not make you enter any credit card information when you make a reservation. Are we still guaranteed for there to be a car upon arrival?
