What are the TOS policies on stalkers?

Sounds like there is a story behind this. What is the nature of the stalking? Unlawful harassment going beyond FT or something else?

No just someone who follows my posts and calls me names incessantly. A mere annoyance, but one thinks that FT should discourage this since it doesn't add anything to the sense of community.

Have you used the "report bad post" button on any those posts?

http://www.flyertalk.com/help/rules.php#q93 exists. Yet not every proclamation of post stalking necessarily constitutes a violation of that rule. Any examples of actual violations? If so, there is that feature of "Report Bad Post". And then there is also the abusive reporting of bad posts that are not actual violations of FT TOS -- but that is largely akin to trying to get people banned from FT (in part or in whole) by stalking them in another way and RBPing that which is not an actual bad post violating FT TOS.

Are most of these posts about which you have concerns being made in OMNI (PR)? If so, that is not a surprise as there may be a perception of the boy who cried wolf syndrome at play there.

I do not know if we are referring to the same person, but there is one poster on OMNI/PR with whom you have been exchanging insults on a regular basis. I doubt that anyone, at this point, could trace it back to see who (if anyone) is "at fault" in this dispute.

If, indeed, we are referring to the same poster, that might well explain why the Mods have not taken any action on your RBPs.

When people disagree with each other fundamentally, how would one determine who is "at fault" anyway?

I reject the OPs characterization, and I believe he and I reached a deal last night, although this thread does make me wonder. If we did, and he is of good character, he will return here and close this silly matter.
