We decided against making a huge issue out of the automated changes since really the idea that this automation would prevent larger signatures, etc. only effects a smaller number of members and as a result, would be nothing more than over-communication to a large number of members.
As for the smaller size, from whatever i know, smaller sizes have always existed and still exists today. I'm just not sure what you feel you have to worry about, life (and signatures) is good.

Thanks for the clarification. I looked in TalkMail and didn't see any mention of the signature issue, so I guess "shortly" wasn't quite as shortly as I'd imagined; I guess you can understand why I got worried, then.
Normal post font size appears to be 2.5, actually, and therefore not selectable... Size 3 is bigger, while size 2 is smaller. Making sizes 1 and 2 available is therefore the best solution, and I appreciate it.
