Why suspended without any reason ?
My account Heineken was yesterday suspended (by whom?) without any obvious reason nor did I get a warning? May someone explain me the reason? Thanx.

Randy's dictates are arbitrary, discriminary and mala fide.

Is it not your mother tongue?
If it is, then perhaps try negotiating your way through a dictionary.BTW, it says much about you that you would somehow lay this at Randy's door in futherance of a petty personal vendetta.

Actually your statement "without any obvious reason" falls on your own failed responsibility to observe and respect the current TOS of FlyerTalk, let alone respect the members of FlyerTalk. It is quite clear and well-known that the TOS states this:
"Multiple Usernames - Members are not allowed to have multiple FlyerTalk usernames."
For the record as you well know, Heineken was a duplicated handle for the banned Hans Dampf and Travel Man which also included other multiple usernames of yours including Michael Tantini, Kiwi Meier, emozioni, ziplaufwerk and Daniele Della Rocca. And as you now admit, Heineken 2 is admittedly a multiple username for Heineken.
For others watching in, this member was originally just warned about duplicate posting in several forums with commercial content - otherwise, a spammer. The Mods were nice and as i note, they initially issued only a warning, the hope being it was innocent and there might be a way for this new member to become a contributor of travel content we could all learn and share with. Directly after that the member turned disruptive and then started posting very foul language in German. This type of behavior from a spammer led to a ban. Within a day or so he reappeared under the various multiple member names as noted above. Each time instant disruptive posting. This particular member has taken up a lot of the resource time of our volunteers as you might imagine as they try to keep FlyerTalk free from spammers, commercial posts and disruptive behavior.
Even posting such things as this: "Kiwi Flyer shut the f u c k off from this forum.... You are not welcome on the Swiss forum." Nice, huh?
And of course your latest enrollment of yet another multiple user name is just as classy: "Flyertalk Suck Forum Troll."
So while you might think you can fool FlyerTalk into your being the poor mistreated member, your history and actions to date I think warrant your ban. You apparently have not the decency to contain your small trolling ways to yourself and those on FlyerTalk that try to keep FlyerTalk troll-free, you now want everyone to know that you simply do not understand the word "No."
Please take your act elsewhere and try to make something of your life.

You are quite the piece of cake. you've no less provided "entertainment" to a few members with your otherwise ramblings, but now you find yourself mouthing off about something you know nothing about and got sucked in by this member with a very checkered past. You know, you really should have stayed home today. As the facts of this suspension have now been made public, I doubt whether any honorable member of FlyerTalk would call them
"arbitrary, discriminary and mala fide" but rather now have more of a respect for the volunteers who really do work quite hard behind the scenes to try and make FlyerTalk spammer-free.
And while in my other posts regarding your infractions on FlyerTalk as being warnings, I can no longer continue to be embarrassed as a nice guy. Yes, I've tried to reason with you, tried to be nice by first issuing warnings rather than actual suspensions. but as you are keenly aware, the TOS contains this condition:
"Discussing Specific Moderator Actions - On-board discussion of moderator decisions - including post deletions and member discipline - is not allowed and will be removed. Members will also be subject to disciplinary action.
As you have decided to address this specific moderator action with Heineken 2 (in which your comments are so carelessly tossed around) I am informing you that you posting privileges are being suspended for a period of seven days. The goal of FlyerTalk is to foster a community of travelers all sharing the experiences and knowledge of their frequent flyer miles, points and travels. It is certainly my hope and the hope of the 100,000 plus members of FlyerTalk that when you return seven days from now, you will again join in this community for the purposes that are so clear to all but a few of our members.
Suspensions on FlyerTalk can lead to a complete loss of your posting privileges so it is my hope that this short time away from FlyerTalk will give you a refreshing look at how valuable it can be a positive member of the community.
I hope you understand that we've tried to help you channel your energies into a positive experience for all our other members.
Thanks for understanding and a great day to you.
Randy
