How long for a response from admin?

Just wondering how often the adminitrator's e-mail is checked. I sent in a question/request on Feb. 2nd and I'm still awaiting a response. Just wondering if there is a normal lag-time, or it my mail may have gotten lost in the shuffle and should be re-sent.

Thanks.

The admins get dozens if not hundreds daily dealing with FlyerTalk. A check of my personal PM and email shows that i have not received anything from you or the email address you have on file with FlyerTalk dating from Feb. 2.

i have asked others in admin but so far not received an answer. There's usually a lot to deal with on Mondays.

The best method is still PM since that would not get caught in any spam filters.

I'll let you know as soon as the three admins let me know of finding anything specifically from you, so please check back.

As for lag time, it all depends on the question. Some require research, others require contact with our volunteers and still others rely on feedback from our technology vendors such as vB. As I hope you can appreciate, there's a lot of moving parts here.

Thanks for the question.

As luck would have it, one of the admins was taking care of this member just as I was answering. Everyone is happy.

The admins have been quite busy the last few days taking care of members with a desire to change their user name. A reminder that the Talkboard voted a grace period until Feb. 18 for chage requests. After that, you are who you post.... as.
