latest developments in FFP's - input needed
Hi
can you help with articles, research or simply practical experience related to the "latest developments in frequent flyer programs", e.g.
- new "features" or services ffp's offers
- strategies re. partnerships
- technology trends (tools etc.)
...
Thank you very much!

I think you will find sdi, that if you go to the individual airline and hotel fora, that you will find lots of active discussions on the latest developments and strategies. You could also go to Talkmail and review recent issues which often summarize current developments, or subscribed toInside Flyer.
Good luck!

To the OP: The sticky threads which are posted at the top (the beginning?) of most of the hotel/airline fora contain mucho info. I recommend starting your quest by reading those.
