Web chats - bmi forum

Randy,

The unmoderated bmi forum is abuzz with talk of bmi's new short haul business model which has major implications for Diamond Club members and indeed anyone who travels regularly with the Star Alliance. There are lots of unanswered questions about forthcoming changes due to take place on 1 August - changes to the onboard product as well as the frequent flyer program. I believe that now would be a really good time to ask bmi if it could put up a Diamond Club representative for a web chat to answer questions from Flyertalkers...or better yet nominate an official lurker to deal with questions as they arise on the board.

I am happy to assist Flyertalk in approaching bmi, if that would help.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your consideration

Alastair

I think that both the above are excellent ideas.

Me too! Some of the changes BD are bringing in are perplexing, and there are lots of "watch this space" going on as well leaving the regular and irregular BD travellers perplexed about what is going on..

Hi Randy. I was wondering whether there was any news from bmi as to when / if this was going to happen?
