Dino, i think you know the answer to that. Is it not true that we exchanged several PMs last week in which i answered for you. This week, i see your PM came in on Tuesday. Well, yesterday i spent more than 3 hours (yes, three hours) hosting two different live chat sessions with moderators. I also spent two hours at a local TV station doing some satellite TV stuff for a station in LA regarding miles, i spent 1 hour on phone interview with Profit magazine in Canada talking about the Air Miles prgram up there, another hour on the phone with a group of MBA students from Stanford going over a class projest they are working on (code name bobsmiles.com) and reviewing the business model for that class project, as well as 45 minutes with USA Today on a story about million-miler programs by the airlines, then some face time with my publishing group. As well, i went over some wedding plans with one of my admins for some transportation of family members, short meeting with accounting department between 6:30 and 6:59 p.m. (one mod chat started at 7 p.m.), several other misc. phone calls from readers, publications (American Banker magazine wanted to chat about the risk of banks and issuing credit cards to members of bankrupt airline frequent flyer programs), finished up some notes for an upcoming meeting with all the loyalty program heads of the Star Alliance, exchanged a note about Delta coming on FT to do a live chat and the other usual things that comprise a day for all of us. I was in just before 7 a.m., left at nearly 9 p.m., skipped lunch and am very sorry i missed your PM. It was a typical day for me - no complaints, but i also did not have a chance to answer 19 other PMs and it looks like 713 emails. I'm working on all that right now.

Yes, there are only so many hours in the day and i use as many as i can.

Please check your PM for response. Thanks.
