While off topic, I will explain because I do not want people to be misled by the banning (which was done by a moderator other than me).
That member had been permanently banned some time ago... and this was a duplicate handle. A moderator noticed it and chose to take quick action which is our process when we find multiple handles or members who had been previously permanently banned.
I hope this answers your concern and confusion.
It was not intended to confuse.
