Hi,
Who is exempt from flood control, i.e. not constrained by it when posting ?
ScottC ? Anyone else ?
Why are these FTers not constrained by flood control ?
Just give me an objective answer, no need to write about the other FTers just because I mentioned an example. I know it is againt the rules to write about other FTers.
I doubt one can post 2 meaningful messages within 30 seconds and think 30 seconds is a fine flood control limit.

Just testing my own flood control.
Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 30 seconds.
Alright, I am not exempt from the flood control, but who is ? I saw an example in OMNI. Please answer the questions in my first post.

No need to discuss this topic further IMO. Sorry and Thanks to ScottC and JFE. I just posted my message without my usual friendly attitude. Pardon. Getting back to watching soccer now.
