Request for a new forum - Emirates
Hi Randy,
There's a post running in the Middle east forum http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum...ML/000186.html suggesting that Emirates should have its own forum. It's a growing carrier & should be starting services into the US this year, so just wanted to bring the request to your attention.
Not sure if there's any critical mass required for this, but 10 FTer's have already posted their support over there...
Thanks

Seems like it would be a good idea to look at this.
They have been a pretty highly visible carrier here for years. A number of my colleagues ONLY fly Emirates to Europe as their pointy end product is apparently superb, at prices about HALF what Qantas charges.
(I think I'd never stop giggling at the "I Dream Of Jeannie" hats and veils the FA's wear.
)
I am surprised to read they do not service the USA?

Try and make it down to SYD for "OZ FEST 2004" - May 21-23
~ Glen ~ sipping bubbly from UA 747-400 exit row 15A near you SOON!

Thanks for the input, I have answered on the 'Suggestion' thread link that I'll forward this to the TalkBoard for additional feedback, etc.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and glad to see many very happy members of that program.
Question asked and answered - thread closed.
Again, thank you for the input.
