Miles for Magazines
I often get offers allowing me to redeem miles (before they expire) in a flyer program for a magazine subscription. I was wondering why Inside Flyer is never on the list?

Because when you subscribe to Inside Flyer you get miles? (See for example http://www.insideflyer.com/united )
Actually, this is kinda interesting -- because IIRC Randy does offer mileage redemption as a way to purchase some services (such as AwardPlanner).
