Global Pass- expiring miles
Randy,
I was wondering if you could offer words of wisdom.
I had approximately 200k miles left in Globalpass/Latinpass from the promotion. I was told, and the web site states that you must have qualifying activity within 36 months. So with May 29, 2000 being my last date, I transferred miles this month from Diners Club, a qualifying activity. Well apparantly they claim the miles expired last month, as they do not count the days. Well this is a crock. That would in fact only be 35 months. What are my remedies, if any?
Is this typical of FF programs?
