InsideFlyer subs acknowledgement

I ordered multiple subs for multiple years to be sent to me and to several libraries of schools and colleges. My diners card was charged, but i got no receipt or any acknowledgement confirming where or if the magazines are going where they should. In other words i have no documentation except a BIG charge on my bill. I need the info for accounting purposes-- how do i get it?
also my magazine consistently arrives late so a lot of the news is old news-- any way to rectify that? Other than that i have gained a lot of info on the board and i thank you for all your work and everybodys genorsity in taking time to educate and share info.thanks Randy

Thanks for posting this number. I just got off the phone with Tanya, who gave me the code for the Frequent Flyer Guide, which was inadvertently not sent out to me in July with my gift subscription from fishbait.

The new 8th edition is due out in about six months, Tanya said.

Also, I had the same question as eager to learn about getting a list of my subsequently purchased (on the final day of the Starwood promotion) donated
subscriptions. Upon consulting with Michelle, Tanya said that with all the hundreds of thousands of subscriptions donated, Inside Flyer was not able to keep a list of every donee and the associated donor, but could give a receipt for the number of subscriptions purchased and the price paid.

That works for me, because I still have my e-mail to Inside Flyer requesting who the subscriptions be sent to.

I also did a "test" by picking a few known donees, and sure enough, according to Inside Flyer each of them was on record as receiving a current subscription.
