Flood Control

Is "flood control" new, or am I simply more prolific than I used to be?

Flood control is a setting on UBB, the software that drives this site. I think it's currently set at 60 seconds, meaning you can't post more than once per minute.

Disclaimer: I'm not an admin of this particular site, but I do admin an internal UBB-based site at my office. We have flood control set at 5-minute intervals, which keeps folks from running off at the mouth, er, keyboard.
