Pop Under Window
Randy, I know you have to earn some money from advertising, but I find it very annoying that within the AirCanada/Canadian forum there is an MTS Pop Under advert.
Every time I delete it, back it comes, time after time after time after time.
I am quite happy for it to appear once, but there is just no way to kill it.
The link it displays under properties is:-
http://engage.speedera.net/jeeves.fl...55116/popunder
I really appreciate this board, and if I have to put up with this so that you can continue to provide us with Flyertalk then so be it, but if there is another way.......
Thanks,
Stewart.

Try this out:
http://www.panicware.com/product_dpps.html
It's a free utility that blocks ALL pop-up or additional browser windows from appearing. It actually works too well at times, for example, blocking the popup calendar on Orbitz.
But it's easy to turn on or off, and you can override it by holding the <ctrl> key to allow the popup.
Happy surfing!

Sometimes you can solve the problem by minimizing the pop-up/pop-under rather than deleting/closing it. Since it is already "on" your machine, it sometimes doesn't send again.

BRILLIANT suggestion swag. I am techno-illiterate and it took 60 seconds to download, and it installs itself and is FREE. Here is a more direct link for others to use:
http://www.zdnet.com/downloads/stori...15,66880,.html
you may over-ride it whenever you choose, such as on Orbitz.
