Miles Direct Problems
Randy,
Do you have any input into this program. I signed some months ago and let the free trial expire. Two weeks ago I paid the $24 and had a heck of a time getting it to update. It finally did but not all of it. Starwood still hasn't updated nor has the portion that shows YTD miles and stays. My user name is the same as FT. Thanks.

I have spoken with Randy about this site in the past and can tell you he's not too happy with them either. He did get me some action with a problem, but it's gone back to being pretty bad again.
I too am frustrated with their slow, shoddy updates. Some of my accounts have not been updated in almost a month, others have been. Most e-mails go unanswered.

Well I went to check my statement, this is what I was greeted with:

I was just able to access my account, but it's still way off.
DL is about 2 weeks old, Starwood a month old, Marriott about 3 weeks behind, etc. This from the site that promised they would update AT LEAST weekly.
I also signed up for AmEx Rewards Manager when the problems with MilesDirect started (they aren't taking any new sign-ups now), and it's almost as bad.

Just noticed that the miles direct link from WebFlyer has been removed. I too have not had Starwood's or YTD info updated since I resigned. I think I will dispute the charge with my CC since they won't even answer emails.
