Randy, do you or Inside Flyer intend to address the ongoing after-the-fact changes in rules that govern use of the 500k and 1 million mile Latin Pass bonus? The most recent change, a 250k cap on annual redemption or transfer, significantly limits use of the bonus miles, while apparently not applying to regular program miles.
I know you, too, earned these bonus miles, and have met last summer with LP staff about changes in the rules. I am concerned that with ownership soon to pass from the airlines to private ownership in Global Pass, and headquarters to change from Florida to London, lack of response to this most recent change will encourage further detrimental changes and further limitations on the bonus miles.
