Anything new on AAdvantage Class Action Settlement?

Randy:

I seem to remember reading somewhere that you said you were "looking into" the matter of AAdvantage Class Action Legal Settlement and would publish something before the 15 December deadline for filing the claim form.

Am I mistaken; and if not, what can you tell us?

Thanks kappa. I reviewed the proceedings that took place at the end of September to see if there were going to be any challenges to the settlement. It turned out just to be a formality and no changes were addressed. Because of that, I wrote a few pieces urging members involved in the case to remember to file their claims by Dec. 15th. To that end, we have posted on the front page of Webflyer (www.webflyer.com) a button that takes you to a few special pages that highlight again what the case was about and what you need to do to get your paperwork in as well as contact numbers for any additional questions. While I'm not overly joyed at the settlement, I personally don't have the financial resources to suggest or challenge a change. This turned out to be a very expensive (legal fees) case...... So please, anyone with questions visit the front page of Webflyer.com Thanks kappa, your question will help others.
