Inside Flyer Program Ratings
This is just a suggestion everyone...
As I said, the articles in INside Flyer have really helped me better understand the Frequent Flyer Game.
But sometimes the ratings for the programs (Especially the June Issue with Hilton) have been a bit too generous.
So I suggest maybe letting the FlyerTalkers also VOTE on the Programs.
It can be something simple:
1. Post on the Buzz or OMNI or even your forum Randy that you are getting votes for a future review of lets say "United Mileage Plus."
2. set up a LINK to the survey and have us vote on a scale of 1 to 10. (the page can be set up like those customer service surveys you often get by e-mail.)
3. You can have a box to fill in individual comments.
4. The vote can be combined with the advisory board's ratings and more comprehensive scores can result. (Scores can be listed separately as Advisory Board and Flyertalkers.)
5. In the article a short paragraph called "And the Flyertalkers say..."
I feel you have a good resource from the FlyerTalk board with a lot of people with a lot to say.
The advisory board has done well.
I don't know if you want a small pool of voters but consider the opinions of the growing community of FlyerTalkers.
Thank you and have a MEOWY weekend!

Your timing as always is perfect. We've actually been finishing up some scripting for adding surveys to FlyerTalk which would work. But more importantly, we recently have been working on adopting a partner of ours technology to add that very same feature to the reviews. You can see what we have in mind by visiting the Consumer Surveys at http://www.ebags.com
More to come, but it is an excellent idea.

Thank you Randy and Inside Flyer staff for the nice comments.
You have a great resource here.
The funny thing is: this is one of the first times my timing has been right (I have the experience of waking friends up in the middle of sleep on many an occassion... they also work wierd hours like I DO!)
